Update V3; Preparing The Red Carpet

It took long as I expected but here we are.

= New Stuff=

1.  Reduced Cell capacity, reduced from 200/400 to 150/300. (All noted from Legacy of Rust)
2. Cell based weapons (Plasma Rifle, Arbalest and BFG) are buffed for sake of ammo reduction. (Still conserve your ammo!)
3.  Added alternative/classic reloading for NOB.
4.  Animated Cell pickup sprites. (Credits to Zrrion)
5.  Revamped Chainsaw and Chainsaw renamed to "Kiritaka's Agony". (Credits to Tesefy)
6.  Plasma Rifle firing sound is now much punchier.
7. Added old Brutal Doom pumping sound for Riot Shotgun.
8.  Revamped Arbalest. (Credits to Tesefy, Zrrion and Midway)
9.  New sounds for certain weapons. (Credits to Joblez, Crowbar Collective, SwagMaster, A_Fricking_Heretic and Draugr/Ravik)
10.  Berserk effected kicks. Not only they deal more when berserk obtained and now deals less kickback when berserk not obtained (by 450) 
    and deals more when berserk obtained (by 900). (Hopefully this works Matt)
11.  Added radius_quake for certain weapons.
12.  New pickup sounds for items and powerups.
13.  Added Nash move and Tilt++. (Credit to Nash Muhandes)
14.  Replaced the flaslight with flashlight++. (Credit to generic_name_guy)
15.  New Maria playerskin. (Credits to scalliano, SwagMaster and Ganbare Lucifer)
16.  Silencer removed for Revolver. (In favour for new planned altfire)
17.  NOB's firing animatons extended and given "hammer push" during it's reloading(s).
18.  NOB now gibs enemies.
19.  Coloured pickup messages. (Still WIP)
20.  New looks for Revolver, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle and BFG. (DoomNukem, Me, Tesefy and SwagMaster)

= Fixed Stuff=

1.  Ebony + Ivory shoots only the right if it has one (or two if alt fire used) instead of both guns. (Thanks Captain J)
2.  Shinigami no longer reload when Grenades depleted. (Thanks Captain J)

=Remaining things to do=

1.  Bossback, help and end screens.
2.  Incinerator from Legacy of Rust.
3.  Massive weapon revamps.
4.  New harder difficulty.
5.  Kiritaka Nagare (Maria's son) over Daisy for After Doom as an addon.
6.  Chex Quest and Hexen compatibility.
7. Alternative class with different weapons.
8.  New Quit Messages.
